Adjective

Something that enriches the noun with information. Adjectives are many in Italian, and the largest group is those that give qualitative information, as for example in the sentence, 'Maria รจ intelligente,' I give a quality to Maria. But adjectives can also indicate possession (e.g. il MIO computer), or closeness to the speaker (e.g. QUESTO computer) or they can also indicate the number of these objects (e.g. TRE computer). In any case, all adjectives ALWAYS refer to the noun!
