Article

A quantifier that gives features to the noun. In fact, in Italian, there is something before the noun that indicates the quantity of the object in question. In addition we can give a precise context to the noun if we use the determinative article. For example, if I say, 'voglio LA pizza margherita', I am expressing the desire to have a 'precise pizza.' If, on the other hand, I say: 'voglio UNA pizza' I express the will to eat a pizza without any particular preference and thus give character of generality to the noun
